It seems appropriate to offer a brief overview of what we are up to here. We are exploring and more importantly experiencing that which is beyond the realm of concepts, ideas, opinions, and beliefs. We work with a variety of those to cultivate clarity. All of these have their time and place in our spiritual journey for sure, but the experience of unity consciousness and our reconnection with the Source of all that is cannot be contained in language-based expressions. Mystical union unfolds as a very intimate process of realization. There are many paths leading to this state and yet, at some point most of us need to relax and silence the thinking mind, to be still, to see the limitation and impermanence of the ego-self and even our physical body. This is one way to say “meditation”. The ultimate aim of this is to integrate all that we are. The body, the egoic self, the learned reality that has been our life can all be aligned with the Inner Self as we awaken to our essential oneness with our world and with our Highest Truth. Awakening to the Truth of our own nature opens us to the frequencies of peace, joy, love, compassion, wisdom, freedom, wholeness, health, inspiration and gratitude.
